Datavideo PTC-200 Overview
The PTC-200 4K UHD PTZ Video Camera from Datavideo captures up to 4K (3840 x 2160 UHD) video at 2160p 29.97/25 resolution, and features wide dynamic range with backlight compensation. It also features a motorized 12x optical zoom capability, and its image mirror and image rotation functions allow you to electronically adjust the image and deliver a correctly oriented image. The 50 programmable presets including pan, tilt, and zoom positions, allow the camera to quickly move between predetermined camera positions using the remote.
For multi-camera shoots, the built-in tally light can identify which camera is active. The camera features a built-in IR cut filter in the image path for low-light shooting, and then returns for daytime shooting. Moreover, PTC-200 supports real-time position report on a per frame basis; this will be helpful to virtual studio application. The camera supports Sony VISCA protocol for PTZ control using RS-422 interface over the unit's RJ45 port. It can be mounted on a wall, ceiling, floor, or a tabletop.

    Exchange/refund procedure
    For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

    The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
    In case of exchange/refund requests due to product defects or wrong items delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation of the reported defects.

    The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of Cine Armoury.

    Warranty

    Cine Armoury will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

    If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
